As Vice President – Supply Chain at Kirana King, Nawal plays a mission-critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of products from source to shelf. With over 15+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and demand planning within the FMCG and food staples sectors, he drives operational excellence across the entire value chain.
Nawal leads end-to-end supply chain operations — from procurement coordination and production planning to warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Under his leadership, Kirana King has built a resilient, agile, and tech-enabled supply network that supports nationwide distribution while ensuring cost efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery.
He has successfully designed and implemented a pan-Rajasthan supply chain framework for core food staples including rice, sugar, pulses, atta, poha, and besan. He established strategically located distribution centers to ensure uninterrupted supply to both retail and wholesale partners, and integrated real-time inventory tracking and demand forecasting systems to minimize stockouts and reduce waste.
Nawal is also responsible for driving cost optimization initiatives without compromising on food safety, regulatory compliance, or service levels. With a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics, he blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution, ensuring Kirana King products are always available — where and when they’re needed most.
Before joining Kirana King, Nawal spent over a decade honing his expertise in supply chain roles at Reliance Jio and Indus Towers, where he contributed to the development of scalable and efficient logistics systems.
